Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
We ship most orders within two days of receiving them, subject to product availability. We will send you an email when your order ships, and if the shipping method used for your order offers tracking, we will send your tracking number as well.
Domestic (inside the United States)
We charge shipping based on the weight, size and destination of your order. Your shipping options and costs will be calculated and displayed in your cart during checkout. All delivery timeframes begin from the day we ship your order.
From time to time, we may offer special promotions on shipping. Currently, all orders over $40 ship for free within the U.S. (sticker books are excluded from this offer).
International (outside the United States)
We charge the actual cost of shipping based on the weight, size and destination of your order. Your shipping options and costs will be calculated and displayed in your cart during checkout.
Please note that Sticker Planet is not responsible for any other customs duties, fees or taxes assessed on your order. You, the customer, are responsible for payment of all such charges.
Some of our products may not be shipped internationally due to manufacturer restrictions and are noted as such in their product descriptions.
Due to complexity of tax regulations for shipping from the U.S. into the United Kingdom since January 1, 2021, we apologize that we are not currently shipping to the U.K.
ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
We accept returns of any products (except stickers “By the Sheet” which are not returnable and which are noted as such in their product descriptions and in the shopping cart). Any returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
Gift cards are not returnable, however they never expire.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to be delighted with your order and we are committed to fixing any “sticky” situations. If there is any problem with your order, please contact us so we can make it right.
We are happy to accept returns of eligible items within 45 days. Please follow these steps:
- Place the items back in the original shipping container and be sure to remove the original shipping label. Pack your items carefully inside and include the original packing slip, noting the items you are returning.
- Ship it back to us at this address:
We strongly recommend choosing a shipping method that includes tracking for your protection. We cannot issue refunds for lost return shipments.
Once we receive your items in good condition, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please remember that it can take some time for a refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
At this time, items purchased on our website may not be returned to our retail store.
EXCHANGES
At this time, we are not set up to do product exchanges. The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to place a new order so we can send your new items right away. Then, follow the steps above to return your original items.
